A Session for Moms & Daughters
A gentle, fun, and creative 2-hour session to help girls (ages 9-11, or 8 if puberty has begun) learn about periods and the menstrual cycle - in a supportive, informal setting!
Together, you’ll explore menarche (the first period) through storytelling, creativity, hands-on demos with period products, and open conversation. It's a safe space that supports bonding, builds confidence, and helps you both feel more prepared for what’s ahead.
Groups are small and there’ll be no pressure to share or speak if they don’t want to. Whether your daughter is intrigued, anxious, or totally uninterested (not uncommon!), she'll leave feeling more knowledgeable and maybe even excited about this important time.
